Welcome to Palomo Group, PLLC (doing business as "The Palomo Group"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our telehealth counseling services, website, and any other services provided by Palomo Group, PLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information
Palomo Group, PLLC is a professional limited liability company providing licensed mental health counseling services via telehealth to residents of Oregon and Texas. All services are provided by qualified, licensed professionals.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in either Oregon or Texas to use our services.

3. Services Provided
We offer individual, couples, and family telehealth counseling sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Services may include, but are not limited to: Mental health assessments, Psychotherapy and counseling, Psychoeducation and support, LPC supervision (if applicable)

4. Telehealth Services
By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms related to remote counseling.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. Insurance and Billing
We may bill insurance providers if credentialed. However, we cannot guarantee coverage or payment.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We comply with all HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards. Your information is kept confidential.

9. SMS Messaging and Communication
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders or administrative communication via SMS.

10. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and participate actively in therapy.

11. Emergency and Crisis Services
The Palomo Group does not provide emergency services. In case of emergency, call 911 or 988.

12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services based on outlined conditions.

13. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Palomo Group is protected.

14. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon and Texas.

16. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time.
